old kasbah

The developed coastal road allows you to stroll along more of the sea front , a promenade popular at any time of the day. It provides a comprehensive view of the entire bay. Do not miss a visit to the port , is constantly buzzing .

Destroyed by the 1960 earthquake, the kasbah no longer has its crenellated ramparts . However, this elevated site has a complete view of the bay , the port and the new town. Enchanting at sunset , when the light is flecked with gold .

new medina

Just south of downtown, a place to discover with delight : the new medina was reconstructed from the 90s by Italian architect Coco Polizzi . Urbanism neat, crafts , restaurants. A great success , original and daring , where the Moroccan soul still survives . The jewelry souk and the Moorish café are worth more than a visit.
